What to wear?

  • comfortable and hot clothing for warming up and final stretching
  • T-shirt or top / tank top
  • shorts
  • socks or leg warmers 


Required equipment:

  • towel
  • bottle of water

Do not bring:

  • hand and body creams (avoid putting them at least 12 hours before the lesson)
  • various metal rings and bracelets, are likely to scratch the pole and are dangerous for your grip on the pole


Special issues:

Whoever has physical problems, of any nature can talk to the instructor who will with respect for your privacy modify the type of workout.
